Welcome Everson Ridge neighbors! Everson Ridge, nestled in South Gwinnett County in Snellville, GA, was established in 2005 and consists of a small community of 25 large, executive single-family homes. We are a community that strives to create an environment that is family oriented, neighborly, and peaceful. The community has a mandatory homeowners association (HOA) and all members of the community are responsible for the upkeep and preservation of our beautiful neighborhood. The HOA is self-managed by a Board of Directors made up from members of the community and all members are required to abide by the Covenants and Bylaws.

It is with great sadness and regret that we must inform you that Carolyn Dale, our beloved HOA Treasurer, neighbor, and friend, passed away on June 15, 2022. Carolyn served as Treasurer for the HOA since 2019 and held the office until her untimely death. We will miss her dearly and send our sincerest condolences to her husband Gary, son Rashad, and their entire family.
In the interim, Monique D. Shaw, Vice President, will assume the treasury responsibilities until additional members can be appointed and/or elected to the Board of Directors. |
When driving through the neighborhood, please remember that the speed limit is 25 mph. Also, please remind any vendors and guests visiting your home to slow down while driving in the neighborhood. We'd hate for anyone to get hurt due to someone driving too fast. Please slow down!
