Architectural Review Applications
As a member of a homeowner’s association, it is your obligation to comply with all governing documents for our community. These rules are in place to help maintain the community property values and encourage best practices regarding maintenance and aesthetics.
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) must approve any exterior improvements (including backyard renovations, satellite dishes, lawn ornamentation, etc.) prior to commencement of work or placement. The first step to receiving ARC approval is completing this application and returning it for approval. The ARC reviews all requests for modifications to the exterior of homes and lots. The ARC encourages tasteful and aesthetically pleasing architectural design consistent with the existing structures and landscaping within Everson Ridge. The ARC tries to consider the impact of any improvement to the surrounding neighbors and properties. All ARC requests must be in accordance with the Covenants and Architectural Guidelines for Everson Ridge.
Please review the Covenants and Architectural Guidelines prior to submitting an application to make sure your project is within the guidelines of the community. If there is no active ARC, the Board will review and decision all applications.
To complete an application, the homeowner must submit:
Projects must be started within 90 days after approval and completed within 180 days.
Applications will be reviewed the 1st Wednesday of the month and can be submitted as follows:
Denials and Appeals
The reason(s) for disapproval must be specifically stated in the denial. If an application or a proposed change is disapproved, the applicant is entitled to submit an appeal to the Board of Directors. The applicant should include all documents submitted in the original application and any additional information s/he chooses to assist in the Boards review. In the event that there is no active ARC, the Board will review its decision and reconsider any information provided by the applicant. All decisions of the Board are final.
