President - Toni Lee-Jones
Toni is a native of Newark, NJ and retired in 2006 as a Navy Counselor, Chief Petty Officer from the U.S. Navy after serving for 23 years. During her Naval career, she held various roles such as Instructor, Financial Counselor, Educational Officer, and Equal Opportunity Representative, among others. Toni also worked as a Tax Specialist for the IRS and served as the Math Department Head and Assistant Principal at the American Baccalaureate School in Kuwait.
Toni earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Cultural Diversity and a Bachelor's degree in Human Service Counseling with a minor in Criminal Justice. She also earned a certification in Mediation and recently became a registered Mediator in the state of GA. She earned a Teaching Certificate in Special Education and taught Special Education for 7th grade at Shiloh Middle School and 3rd and 5th grades for Annistown Elementary School in Gwinnett County. Toni was also a licensed Real Estate Agent in GA and VA. Further, Toni earned a Diploma in Residential Interior Design and has assisted in renovating five (5) residential properties and completed a work-study with the Veteran's Affairs Interior Design department. Moreover, Toni is a Certified Life Coach and is developing her coaching business "Thriving Not Striving."
Toni and her family moved to Snellville in February 2006. In March 2006, she and her husband Greg, a retired Marine, and her two children, Coco-Chanel and Tyler, became residents of Everson Ridge. Toni served as the Everson Ridge HOA Treasurer from 2008-2012. She is happy to return to the Board of Directors as President and looks forward to moving the HOA to the next chapter.

Vice President - Monique D. Shaw
Monique has resided in Everson Ridge since 2009 and has lived in GA since 2002. She is employed as a VP/Employee Relations Manager for a large financial institution and is a seasoned Human Resources professional. Monique obtained a MS in HR Management with a specialization in Organizational Learning and Performance, as well as a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Moreover, she provides HR consulting services for small businesses.
In addition to being a seasoned HR professional, Monique is the Executive Artistic Director for Monique Shaw Productions, a theatre and entertainment production company founded in 2008. She is an award-winning playwright, director, and producer that loves to produce original theatrical productions. Monique hopes to open a theatre and arts center in the Snellville area once it's safe to gather for live entertainment.
Prior to moving to Everson Ridge, Monique was active in her previous HOA in Loganville, GA where she served in many capacities, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Property Manager from 2003-2008. She is experienced in effectively managing HOA's matters, including board operations, collections, property inspections, and developing by-laws and architectural guidelines. She is happy to assist the HOA in preserving the neighborhood and ensuring that the covenants, bylaws, and guidelines are followed.
Monique has one adult daughter and enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, and most things that allow her to be creative.

Open Board Positions
Currently, there are three (3) open seats on our HOA Board. We're asking members of the community to volunteer to serve. In order to serve on the Board or on any committee, members must be 1) 18 years of age or older, 2) be a legal owner of a residence in the community, and 3) be in good standing with the HOA and all fees and assessments must be paid in full at the time of application. Only one (1) member/owner at a time from each residence may serve on the Board or on any committee.
Board and committee members are expected to:
To be considered for election to the Board for the 2022/2023 year, members must submit an application no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, August 1, 2022. Applications received after this date may or may not be considered at the Board's discretion. The Board will review all applications and make selections at their discretion. Applicants will be advised in writing if they are selected or not selected.
Board and committee members are expected to:
- Be knowledgeable about and committed to following and enforcing Everson Ridge’s Covenants and Bylaws
- Regularly attend Board, annual, special, and/or committee meetings
- Make a serious commitment to actively participate in Board and/or committee work and HOA activities
- Stay informed of HOA matters
- Build a collegial working relationship with the Board and other committee members that contributes to consensus
- Serve a minimum of one (1) year term
