Owner may pay annual dues and fees by mail, by Zelle, or hand delivery. Annual dues are $250.00 and were due August, 1, 2021. If dues are not paid by August 31, a late fee of $20.00 will be added.
To pay by mail, mail a check or money order to Attn: Treasurer, PO BOX 392032, Snellville, GA 30039
To pay by Zelle, you may visit Zellepay.com to see if your bank offers Zelle or visit your bank's webpage. To submit your payment, use the HOA's email address, [email protected]. A processing fee of $2.53 should be added to your payment and the total amount to submit is $252.53.
To pay in person, you may contact the Treasurer, Carolyn Dale via email at [email protected] and arrange a time to deliver your payment to her at 2899. If paying in cash, please have the exact amount.
