To ensure the community is being appropriately maintained, the Board will begin conducting bi-weekly property inspections as of 9/25/21. Since we're in the process of revising our Covenants, Guidelines, and Standards, we will rely on our original Covenants as a guide when inspecting the neighborhood. To allow Members to get accustomed to the inspection process and time to remedy any identified issues, the Board will send "friendly reminders" to Members who are found to be in non-compliance. Members will be given 10 days to remedy any issues. If the issues are not remedied within 10 days, Members will receive a 2nd reminder. If the issue is not remedied after the 2nd reminder, the Member will receive a violation notice and may be fined if the issue is not remedied after three (3) notices.
Inspections will be from the street or sidewalk. Our main concern is what can be seen from the street view to maintain curb appeal. Should this change in the future, Members will be notified in advance. To avoid receiving notifications and violations, Members should:
*This list is not all-inclusive, but just a sample of common violations. Please review the Covenants to ensure you are in compliance of all rules, regulations, and guidelines. Our goal is to continue to maintain the neighborhood and ensure our property values continue to rise. We want to be fair to all Members and to avoid issuing fines. If we all work together and do our part, Everson Ridge will continue to be one of the nicest neighborhoods in Snellville!
